Welcome to tiffinin. By creating an account, submitting a tiffin request, subscribing to a plan, or applying as a provider, you agree to these terms after reviewing the applicable information and consent notices.
1. Scope of the Service
tiffinin is a marketplace enabling customers to discover and connect with local tiffin cooks. During this launch validation phase (Phase 1), the website acts solely as an inquiry aggregator. No payments are processed in-app, and we do not dispatch delivery fleets.
2. User Accounts & Phone Verification
Customers must verify a valid Indian phone number before submitting a tiffin request or managing an account. Providers must verify their phone number and submit accurate business information. Keep OTPs and account access details confidential.
3. Food Quality & Safety Disclaimer
Food safety and hygiene are the sole responsibility of the individual kitchen owners and tiffin makers. tiffinin performs introductory verification checks but does not cook, store, or package the food. Customers must review FSSAI status and communicate preferences directly with providers.
4. Payment & Transactions
All financial transactions are conducted directly between the subscriber and the provider kitchen. tiffinin is not responsible for handling refunds, dispute resolutions, or double-payments during this Phase 1 pilot.
