Delivery Partner Terms

1. Role

Delivery partners registered on Bitezy are responsible for picking up food orders from restaurants and delivering them safely to customers in Itarsi and Narmadapuram.

2. Responsibilities

• Deliver orders on time as per estimated delivery window
• Maintain professionalism with customers and restaurant staff
• Handle food packaging carefully to prevent damage

3. Payments & Earnings

• Earnings are calculated based on delivery distance and order value
• Payments are made periodically as per the agreed schedule

4. Code of Conduct

• No misconduct, harassment, or rude behaviour with customers or restaurant staff
• No tampering with, opening, or stealing food orders
• Maintain personal hygiene and vehicle cleanliness

5. GPS Tracking

GPS location tracking is mandatory during active deliveries. This enables real-time tracking for customers and is required for partner earnings calculation.

6. Account Suspension

Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated for:

• Fraudulent behaviour or false claim of delivery
• Consistent unexplained delays
• Misbehaviour with customers or restaurant staff
• Tampering with food orders

7. Liability

The delivery partner bears responsibility for the order during the active delivery phase — from pickup at the restaurant to handover to the customer.
