Restaurant Partner Agreement
Effective Date: 20/03/2026
1. Platform Role
Bitezy provides a technology platform for restaurants to receive and manage food orders from customers in Itarsi and Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.
2. Restaurant Responsibilities
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
- Ensure accurate menu listings and pricing
- Prepare orders on time as committed
3. Commission / Subscription Fees
Bitezy may charge:
- Commission (5–10%) per order, OR
- Monthly subscription fee (amount depends on restaurant tier)
Exact terms will be communicated and agreed upon individually at the time of onboarding.
4. Order Handling
- Restaurants must accept or reject orders promptly
- Unnecessary delays may affect restaurant visibility and ranking in the app
5. Packaging
- Restaurants are responsible for packaging quality
- Packaging charges (if any) must be clearly shown in the menu
6. Payments & Settlements
- Payments collected via gateway are settled to the restaurant account
- Settlements are processed approximately within T+2 business days
7. Refunds & Disputes
- Food-related complaints are primarily handled by the restaurant
- Bitezy may intervene in disputes as a neutral mediator if required
8. Compliance
Restaurant partners must comply with:
- FSSAI food safety regulations
- All applicable local and state laws
9. Termination
Bitezy reserves the right to remove restaurants from the platform for:
- Consistently poor service or ratings
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of platform policies
10. Limitation of Liability
Bitezy is not responsible for:
- Food quality issues caused by the restaurant
- Food hygiene violations
- Third-party delivery delays (when partner uses their own fleet)
