Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Bitezy aims to provide a seamless food ordering experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Window
You have only 1 minute after placing an order to cancel it for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not accepted.
- Orders canceled within 1 minute → Full refund issued
- Orders canceled after 1 minute → No refund
2. Delivery Refusal
- If you refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery, no refund will be provided
- Your Cash on Delivery (COD) option may be disabled for future orders
3. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds (canceled within 1 minute) are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- COD orders that qualify for refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4. When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Order canceled within the 1-minute window
- Incorrect item delivered (restaurant error) — subject to review
- Restaurant failed to prepare/deliver the order
5. When Refunds Are NOT Issued
- Order canceled after 1 minute
- Delivery refused by the customer
- Complaints about food taste/preference (not a quality defect)
- Delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
6. Disputes
If you believe you are eligible for a refund outside the standard policy, contact us within 24 hours of the order. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
