1. Service Overview

Bitezy is a food ordering platform connecting users with local restaurants and delivery partners in Itarsi and Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.

2. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate information (name, phone, address)
• Do not misuse the platform
• Do not place fake or prank orders

3. Order Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 1 minute
• If canceled within 1 minute → full refund
• After 1 minute → no refund

4. Delivery Refusal Policy

If a user refuses the order at delivery:

• No refund will be provided
• Cash on Delivery (COD) option may be disabled for future orders

5. Payments

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Cashfree Payments)
• Bitezy is not responsible for bank/payment failures

6. Food Responsibility

• Food quality, taste, and hygiene is the responsibility of the restaurant
• Bitezy only acts as a platform connecting customers and restaurants

7. Pricing & Charges

Prices are set by restaurants. Additional charges may include:

• Delivery fee
• Packaging charges
• Taxes (GST)

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated cancellations or delivery refusals
• Abuse of the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Bitezy is not liable for:

• Food quality issues
• Delivery delays due to external factors
• Technical issues beyond our control

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
